At Belle Desire, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect fit or sizing

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong item received

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must still be attached

  • The item must be free of stains, makeup, fragrance, or signs of wear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
