1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing times may extend slightly.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)

  • Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate.
Belle Desire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately before your order ships.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Belle Desire is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to file a claim.


7. Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, shipping will begin once the item is in stock.
Estimated restock dates will be listed on the product page.


8. Order Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on stock availability.
